At Magnolia Cosmetic Aesthetics, we want you to love every product and purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item with a valid receipt.

 

Eligible Items

We accept:

• New and unused products

• Slightly used products (gently tested items)

• Gift cards are non-refundable

 

How to Return or Exchange

In-Store

Bring your item and valid receipt to the clinic during regular business hours. Our team will assist you on the spot.

 

By Mail

Returns and exchanges can also be mailed to us.
 

Please note:

• Return shipping labels and postage are the customer’s responsibility.

• Magnolia Cosmetic Aesthetics does not cover return shipping costs.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Exchanges of equal value are processed immediately.

• If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference will apply.

• No restocking fees are ever charged.
